Check the following items and requirements:

First, check the strength of the weld, use the green silicon carbide grinding wheel to grind the back of a shredder knife, check the thickness of the solder layer, the thickness is required to be below 0.15mm. There can be no porosity and lack of solder at the bottom of the tip of the support, and the welding seam that is not filled with solder should not be greater than one-tenth of the total length of the weld, if there are pores, the blade will crack when torn.

Second, check the orientation of the shredder blade in the knife slot, such as the dislocation and sagging of the blade beyond the skill conditions should be rewelded.

Third, check the welding strength, use a wood hammer or copper hammer to hit the blade with medium strength, or use a hammer to hit the knife rod with strong strength, then the blade does not fall from the knife slot as qualified. You do not need to view each blade welding strength.

Fourth, check the flatness of the shredder blade, if there is an obvious pit on the blade, it is stated that the blade is overheated and deformed, and the new blade should be burned and re-welded.

Five, check the crack, shredder blade after the fire oil cleaning, if the blade cracks. The fire oil will penetrate into the crack and appear black lines, which can be investigated with the naked eye, and can also be investigated with a 10-40 times magnifying glass. Check the blade cracks, also can use color detection method. The turning blade part is placed in the solution for 10-15 minutes, and then washed with clean water, coated with a layer of white soil, after drying to investigate its appearance, if there are cracks on the blade, the color of the solution will be revealed on the white soil, you can see with the naked eye, the cracked shredder blade can not be used, the need to weld from scratch.
